At Forge Athleisure, our mission is to get premium performance gear into your hands as efficiently and reliably as possible. This shipping policy explains how and when your order will reach you.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed and handed over to the courier, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If there is any issue with your order (address clarification, payment verification, out-of-stock item), our team will contact you via email before shipping.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • India (all major cities and most pin codes)

If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout and you believe this is an error, please reach out to us at forgeathleisure9@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help.


3. Shipping Options, Fees & Delivery Time

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and order size.

Typical delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Non-metro / remote areas: 4–8 business days

These are estimated timelines provided by our courier partners. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, operational delays, holidays, local restrictions, etc.).

Free Shipping

If applicable, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our website or at checkout. Free shipping thresholds (e.g., above a certain order value) will be applied automatically when your cart qualifies.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
  • A tracking link to follow your shipment’s progress

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at forgeathleisure9@gmail.com with your order number.


5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your:

  • Shipping address
  • Pin code
  • Mobile number

are entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we can:

  • Reship the order to the corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
  • Issue a refund for the product(s) only (shipping fees are non-refundable).

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

We work with trusted courier partners, but occasionally issues can occur in transit.

  • Delayed orders: If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us and we’ll coordinate with the courier to investigate.
  • Lost packages: If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please check with neighbors/security and then email us within 3 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or tampered with, please:
    • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the product, and
    • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at forgeathleisure9@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

We’ll review each case and work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or partial/full refund as per our discretion.


7. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped in separate packages (for example, due to stock availability or warehouse location). You will receive tracking information for each package if applicable.

In such cases, delivery dates may differ, but you will not be charged extra shipping beyond what is shown at checkout.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)

For domestic Indian orders, prices at checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

If we start shipping internationally in the future:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your local authority will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue quickly.

  • To request an address change, order change, or cancellation, email us at support@forgeathleisure.com as soon as possible with your order number.
  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, changes or cancellations may not be possible. In that case, you can refer to our return/exchange policy once you receive the order.
